Andrew’s career started in FMCG with Unilever and Guinness and culminated in being the CEO of Tesco’s Retail Services Division (Tesco.com, Bank, Telecomms and DunnHumby). Subsequently he was Chairman of Poundland, N Brown Group plc and Morrisons, SID at SKY and NED of the RFU. Currently Chairman of Ardonagh Retail Insurance, Evergreen Garden Care (UK) Limited and YourParkingSpace and NED of Majid Al Futtaim Retail, SID at Flutter plc, and an advisor to Shore Capital Markets Limited.
Orlando Martins
CEO
Orlando founded ORESA in 2008 and has 20 years’ experience in search. Previously he founded a digital property start-up and worked in numerous consumer-led businesses.

Adam is a freelance journalist, copywriter and editorial consultant. The former editor of Management Today magazine, his work has also appeared in The Times, Campaign and PR Week.
